Phillip Baker
Phillip Baker is a 1990 Rhema Bible Training Center graduate, 4 year youth pastor in Magnolia Arkansas and 9 year Director of the Leadership Training Course in Columbus Texas. In June of 2003, Phillip and Laura birthed PBM Phillip Baker Ministries. Phillip has a passion to take a balance of the Word of God, the anointing and all it accomplishes, along with leadership training to the body of Christ. Phillip travels extensively throughout churches, training leaders and staff on weekends and having Holy Spirit led services on Sunday and beyond. Phillip, Laura and their family call home, Dickinson Texas. They call their home church Living Faith Outreach. They call their Pastors, John and Jeana Gilligan. Most important they call Jesus their Lord and Savior! Everywhere Phillip goes, he joyfully states,
”I am the happiest evangelist you know!”
